Siraha/ April 9 Manoj Mallik, 18, of Chandrodhyapur VDC-1 has been arrested by the Area Police Office of Mirchaiya on April 7 on charge of beating his mother. The 40-year-old victim lodged a complaint at Area Police Office on April 7 accusing her son of beating her with Lathi in a domestic dispute. She sustained bruises over her body and had a medical treatment at local hospital. Inspector Naresh Raj Subedi said that the accused was arrested by the police for the legal proceeding.
