Kaski,bahuvivahka aaropit purvapakshaka laagi thunama. Kaski/April 10 Nizamuddin Miya, 37 of Rupakot VDC-1 was remanded to custody on April 9 by District Court on charge of polygamy. Nizamuddin Miya, 37 got married with Ujjeli Miya, 26 of the same VDC on February 15. His first wife, Bipiran Miya, 37 lodged a complaint in District Police Office on March 11 on charge of polygamy. The accused were arrested by District Police Office on March 14 and legal procedure was initiated against the accused on charge of polygamy. As per District Police Office, Nizamuddin Miya was remanded to custody by District Court whereas his second wife, Ujjeli Miya was released by posting a bail of Rs. 20000 on April 9.
