Rautahat/April 27 Gulabsa Khatun, 18, of Rajpur Pharadhawa VDC-5 has filed a complaint at Women and Children Service Centre on April 27 against her husband Shekh Jubair, 19, and father-in-law Sekh Lal Mahamad, 45 accusing them of expelling her from the home. According to her, she was betrothed to Shekh two years ago and got married three months ago adding on April 14, the accused barred her from staying at the home forcing her to take refuge at her mother’s place. SI Gita Ranabhat of the Center said that the accused duo has been summoned for discussion. B
