Six people sustained injuries when a clash broke out between two group of local players in Chhireshwornath Municipality-10, Dhanusha. They sustained injuries when their dispute over a football match turned into the clash. 

Pujan Chaudhary, Deepnarayan Chaudhary, Virendra Chaudhary, Ram Karan Chaudhary, Binod Sah, and Abhishek Chaudhary sustained injuries in the clash. Police informed that the injured are undergoing treatment at a local health institute.

One of the injured has been shifted to Dharan for further treatment as treatment at the local level was not possible, said Mohammad Mustafa, Sub Inspector of Mahendranagar Area Police Office. He informed that the youths involved in the beating are now absconding. He said further investigation into the incident was underway.
