55-year-old Juddha Kazi Khapangi Magar of Triyuga Municipality-15, Kubinde and Ganga Bahadur Pariyar of Rautamai in Udayapur have been injured in a khukuri attack by Navin Pariyar at around 10:30 on last night. According to the police, Navin attacked his father Ganga Bahadur with Khukuri on his head and neck.

According to the District Police Office, Udayapur, both the injured are undergoing treatment at Golden Hospital, Biratnagar. Police said that a search operation was underway as Navin, who had attacked his father and guests with a khukuri, has been absconding.
