On August 26, Rajendra Budachhetri and Phulmaya Bishwakarma of Taplejung, Sablakhu, Sidingba Rural Municipality Ward-4, filed an FIR against 4 persons alleging caste discrimination and untouchability.
According to Rajendra Budachhetri, his brother and relatives deprived him of attending the funeral and death ceremonies of his father for marrying a Dalit woman.
