Kathmandu/May 3 UCPN-M leader, also convicted of murder by the SC, Bal Krishna Dhungel has misbehaved with journalist Khilnath Dhakal who is affiliated with online portal Setopati on May 3. Dhugel snatched Dhakal's camera when he was taking picture of the 'absconding' former CA member. He returned the camera half an hour later through his assistant. Dhungel is attending the UCPN-N's national convention in Biratnagar. Recently, the Deputy PM Bam Dev Gautam had said that since the police began searching for him in earnest.
