Khotang,balika balatkaarka aaropit giraftaar. Khotang/May 13 Police have arrested Harka Bahadur Bishwakarma, 55, of Yamkha VDC-6 on May 13 on charge of raping a 7-year-old girl. Family of the victim had filed a complaint at the Police Post Yamkha on May 12 accusing Harka of raping the child the same day while no one was at home. They said that the accused lured the girl and raped her. Inspector Ramesh Kumar Dev of the District Police Office said that the accused was arrested following the complaint by the victim's family. The accused has been brought to the district headquarters Diktel for investigation. Medical check-up of the girl was conducted at the District Health Office Diktel on May 13, Inspector Dev said.
