On October 4, 17-year-old Dandabir Khadka of Bagchaur-7 from Salyan was attacked with a khukuri outside a liquor and grocery shop run by Shiva Chaudhary of Baruwa village in Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 6 at around 9 pm.
Khadka sustained deep injuries and was referred to Kohalpur Medical College in Banke for further treatment.
It is alleged that 15-year-old Dipesh Chaudhary, 19-year-old Shiva Chaudhary and 15-year-old Sandesh Sunar of the same place attacked Khadka with a khukuri.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the injured Khadka along with 3/4 of his friends visited the shop to consume alcohol. According to the police, Khadka's friends fled after incident and Khadka also ran about 500 meters.
The injured Khadka was working at Bijay Furniture Industry in Baruwagaun, Tulsipur-6.
Police have arrested shop owner Chaudhary, his brother and Sunar involved in the attack last night.
