Saptari,balika balatkaarka aaropit dharautima riha. Saptari/May 22 The district court has released Suju Dullah Shekh alias Saijum Shekh on bail amount of Rs 25,000 on May 22. According to the court, the accused was released by the order of judge Badri Prasad Oli on bail. Shrestedar Nabaraj Dulal of the court said that the accused who was absconding after the incident presented himself before court on May 22. Family of the victim had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Kanchanpur on June 23, 2013 accusing Shekh of raping her near her home on June 21, 2013. Medical test of the victim was performed at the Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj-3 on June 22. The district court had issued a warrant against Shekh on July 25, 2013 after he absconded after the incident. The court had issued a verdict to keep the case pending on March 22, 2014 as the accused did not produce himself with the date given by court. Manohar Kumar Pokharel सप्तरी । ०७१ जेठ ८ गते एक १३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा बदगामा गाविस-५ का २३ वर्षीय सैजुम सेख भनिने सुजु दुल्लाह शेखलाई अदालतले जेठ ८ गते पुर्पक्षका लागि धरौटी लिएर रिहा गरेको छ । जिल्ला न्यायाधीश बद्रीप्रसाद ओलीको आदेशमा पछि प्रमाण बुझ्दै जाँदा ठहरे बमोजिम हुने गरी आरोपितलाई रु. २५ हजार धरौटी लिएर रिहा गरिएको जिल्ला अदालतले जनाएको छ । फरार रहेका आरोपित जिल्ला अदालतमा जेठ ८ गते हाजिर भएपछि रु. २५ हजार धरौटी लिई तारेखमा रिहा गर्ने आदेश भएको स्रेस्तेदार नवराज दुलालले जानकारी दिए । घर नजिकैको बाँसघारीमा पीडितलाई ०७० असार ७ गते राति ७ः३० बजे बलात्कार गरेको भन्दै पीडितपक्षले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कञ्चनपुरमा ०७० असार ९ गते उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडितको राजविराज नपा-३ स्थित अञ्चल अस्पतालमा ०७० असार ८ गते स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरिएको थियो । जिल्ला अदालतले फरार आरोपिका हकमा ०७० साउन १० गते म्याद पुर्जीसहित वारेण्ट जारी गरेको थियो । म्यादभित्र पनि आरोपित हाजिर नभएपछि जिल्ला अदालतले फरार आरोपितका हकमा मुद्दा मुल्तबी रहने गरी ०७० चैत ८ गते आदेश गरेको थियो । मनोहर कुमार पोखरेल
