Syangja/ May 23 A victim’s family has lodged a complaint at police office on May 22 against Tej Bahadur Thapa, 35, of Putali Bazar municipality-6 accusing him of raping a 10-year-old girl. The complaint stated that the girl was threatened with weapon by the accused before raping her. The incident was revealed after the victim reported the incident to her family. Medical checkup of the victim was performed at district hospital on May 22. T
