Police arrested 19-year-old Divas Ranabhat on the charge of setting fire to two motorcycles parked at Birauta in Pokhara Metropolitan City-17 of Kaski on November 17.

He had set fire to an Enfield bike (with the vehicle plate number GA 12 PA 8698) and a Honda Shine motorcycle (with the vehicle plate number GA 7 PA 9788) parked in front of the store at Shishu Niketan Marg on October 12. Divas gave a preliminary statement that a fire broke out when a cigarette caught fire while he was extracting petrol for his scooter from the motorcycle.
