27-year-old Bishnu Ranpal has gone missing after a clash between two groups of Bar Bardiya Municipality Ward No. 3 and Thakur Baba Municipality-1 on a picnic near the siphon of Babai Irrigation Canal, about 1 km south of Babai River Bridge under Bar Bardiya Municipality Ward 1 on November 18. According to eyewitnesses, some of the injured sustained minor injuries while the missing Ranpal was thrown into the siphon of Babai Irrigation Canal.
So far the purse, identity card cards of Ranpal were found in the siphon. The missing Ranpal was serving in the Bhavani Dalgan of Kailali as a Nepal Army and was on patrol in Patan, Kathmandu. The Area Police Office, Bhurigaon arrested three persons on the charge of being involved in the clash.
