An unidentified party vandalized the ward office of Tripura Sundari Municipality-1 on the night of November 20. They broke the windows and doors of the ward office and stole a desktop computer and decision book of the office.
Ward Chairperson Karmasin Thapa said that although the stolen computer and register were found on the bank of Galligad River at a distance of 200 meters from the office, no other office materials were stolen. An investigation is underway into this matter.
Similar incident happened in the second week of last September, an unidentified party broke the lock of five rooms of Tripurakot Health Post and stole some medicines.
