Editor of Manaslu.com and Member of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Gandaki, 37-year-old Rajendra Neupane of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-1, Bakrang, was reportedly given death threats on social media by 25-year-old Rachan Pariyar of Satipipal, Gorkha Municipality-5, over a news. 

Journalist Neupane had written a news  under the headline "What happened at Gorkha Hospital" on the incident of mistreatment of a doctor of Gorkha Hospital by a group on December 5.

A statement issued by the FNJ Gorkha has demanded immediate arrest and legal action against those who spread terror in the society. FNJ Secretary Narhari Sapkota lodged a complaint against Pariyar.
