The single bench of Devendra Poudel had sent him to prison. Devkota had allegedly raped the girl on May 1 at his home. He was arrested by the Lalitpur District Police on May 23, 2014. The girl’s father said that they filed a complaint in Lalitpur too after learning that Devkota was hiding in Lalitpur. The girl was taken to Patan Hospital on May 23 for medical checkup. A
