Gagan Bahadur Waiba, a resident of Kamalamai Municipality-8, Bhuwanchowk, was arrested on December 12 on the charge of firing a loaded gun at a neighbor.
31-year-old Panch Bahadur Tamang had a due of Rs 800 to pay to Gagan. Tamang asked his other neighbor Panchaman Baiba to deliver the money, he gave Rs.1000 but Gagan didn't return the remaining Rs 200. When Tamang demanded the money, Gagan fired a loaded gun and it accidently injured Panchaman's daughter. Police have started investigation into the incident by arresting Gagan.
