NSU-Khotang burns the effigy of President and PM

NSU-Khotang has burnt the effigy of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and President Bidhya Devi Bhandari against the ordinance on the Constitutional Council brought by the government on December 16 calling the action an autocratic move.
They state that the Constitutional Council (Concerning Work, Duties, Rights and Procedures, First Amendment) Ordinance 2077 BS was brought in an undemocratic manner by deceiving the Parliament session
