Cadres of other parties obstructed the protest organized by group supporting monarchy in  Rajbiraj, Saptari on December 28. Young students from various parties were protesting against the PM Oli's decision of dissolution of parliament. The protestors demanding monarchy fled after the young student's obstruction.

Young students belonging to the Nepali Congress, the Dahal-Nepal Group of the Nepal Communist Party and the Janata Samajwadi Party snatched the banner of the monarchy supporters and set fire on it that created tensed situation during that time.
