Police arrested Subash Bam on the charge of assaulting journalist Harish Joshi in Kanchanpur on January 3. Joshi is a member of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Kanchanpur, and staff of Radio Dhangadhi.
Bam, a permanent resident of Shuklaphanta Municipality who has been living near Bhimdutta Municipality-3 was arrested two days after the incident.
