Valley Bureau in-charge of Biplav group arrested

Police arrested Vrikh Bahadur Bohara alias Resham, Kathmandu Valley's Bureau in-charge of the Dalit Mukti Morcha of Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav' group on the basis of a tip-off that he incited terror by asking for donations.
Bohara is also the head of the economic department of Bhaktapur district. He was arrested from Bhangal in Kathmandu and kept at the Metropolitan Police Complex, Kathmandu.
