Rashtriya Janamorcha Kailali launched a district-wide campaign on the issues of restoration of the House of Representatives, the abolition of federalism, and protest against corruption. Under the campaign, they staged protest rallies in Dugauli and Lamki on January 20. 

During the campaign, Tekraj Neupane conducted the corner meeting in Durgauli and the Janamorcha's District Secretary Jagat Joshi addressed the gathering. While the meeting in Lamki was chaired by Raj Bahadur Shahi and conducted by Jagat Joshi.
