The agitating NCP (Dahal-Nepal) group staged a whistle rally from Lainchaur in Kathmandu on January 26 against the unconstitutional dissolution of the House of Representatives by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. The rally was organized as per the program of the third phase of the agitation of the Central Struggle Committee.
