PM Oli shown black flag in Siraha

Youths and students affiliated to the NCP Dahal-Nepal faction showed a black flag to the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Siraha. PM Oli had reached Siraha to attend the memorial service organized on the occasion of the 17th memorial day of the former NCP leader Hem Narayan Yadav.
While paying homage to Yadav, students showed a black flag to Prime Minister Oli. Half a dozen youths have been arrested for showing a black flag to the Prime Minister.
