Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Madhav faction staged a torch rally from the party office at Shivalaya Chowk in Pokhara on February 3 on the eve of the general strike announced by the party. The rally was held in the presence of various office bearers, students and cadres of NCP-Kaski.
