Youths close to Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa have boycotted the meeting of the Central Committee of the National Youth Association alleging that the decision of the meeting was taken without discussing with other members. Despite their boycott, there was a dispute between Mahesh Basnet, in-charge of the youth association and Ramesh Poudel, former co-coordinator regarding the new president for the association.
