Separate wells for Dalits and non-Dalits in West surkhet

For years, 15 Dalit households of Chaukune Rural Municipality-9 Ghantgau have been compelled to use water from a single well. Local Dalit woman Manisaradevi BK stated that the Dalit community have been using a separate well for the past many years while the non-Dalit community have their own well.
