DOLAKHA, Feb 12: Chairperson of Shailung Rural Municipality in the district has misbehaved Chief Administrative Officer after he refused to pay fare for the bus that was hired earlier to ferry people to participate in the gathering organized by the Oli-led faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) in Kathmandu last week.
Chairperson of Shailung Rural Municipality Bharat Dulal abused Chief Executive Officer Raju Prasad Shah after he refused to pay the money for the bus used for ferrying people from Dolakha to Kathmandu. Chairperson Dulal even threatened him to leave the rural municipality if he is not ready to follow his order.
Following the incident, Shah has filed a complaint at District Administration Office of Dolakha. He has complained that Chairperson Dulal misbehaved him after he refused to pay fare to the bus that was not used for the official purpose.
Earlier, PM Oli-led faction of the NCP had staged a mass gathering in the capital bringing in cadres from all over the country. The bus had brought cadres from Dolakha to the capital during the mass gathering organized in Durbarmarg on Feb 5.
