Discrimination against Dalit in Kathmandu; Landlord refuses to rent flat after discovering Dalit student's caste

Karuna Bishwakarma, a Dalit student and her sister have faced caste-based discrimination from a landlord in Dhapasi Height of Kathmandu. After learning that she belongs to the Dalit community, the landlord refused to rent her flat although she had already paid advance rent for the flat. She has now decided to file a complaint against the landlord.
