Biplav's Sarlahi-Mahottari in-charge arrested

The Mahottari-Sarlahi in-charge of the Netra Bikram Chand-led group, Kamal Bahadur Sushling, was arrested from Gaushala Municipality-11 in Mahottari on February 28. Police arrested him on the charge of being involved in extortion. Sushling was on the wanted list by the police on the charge of creating terror in Sarlahi.
