Police on Monday arrested 28-year-old Pramod Kumar Mahato of Kusum Bichauna in Mithila Municipality-8 on a charge of stabbing 29-year-old Roshan Mahato with a knife. Police on duty at the temporary police post-Badhari and Area Police Office Dhalkewar arrested Pramod after receiving information that he injured Roshan in a dispute over playing Holi. The injured Roshan is undergoing treatment at the Provincial Hospital, Janakpur. The police are conducting further investigation in this regard.
