Police have identified a man charged with threatening the editor-in-chief of Diopost.com, Sudip Bishwakarma, not to write news about him, claiming himself to be the PSO of Chief Justice Chalendra Shamsher Jabra. The accused is identified as ASI Buddhi Bahadur Syangten, the PSO of senior judge Mira Khadka of the Supreme Court.

Diopost.com had published the news that 70-year-old Bir Bahadur Syangtan, along with the ward chairperson of Konjyosom rural municipality 4, had transferred 3 "ropanis" and 2 "aana" of land in the name of another person without the knowledge of the landlord.
