Sankhuwasabha, Balatkarka aaropit balak laai sudhar griha rakhne faisla. The district court of Sankhuwasabha has ordered to send 15-year-old boy to the children reform home for three years on June 30. He has been accused of raping another 15-year-old girl. The court also decided to extract Rs 5,000 as compensation from the perpetrator to the victim. A single bench of district court judge Tika Ram Acharya gave his verdict regarding the case. The accused had raped a girl on March 31 and the complaint against him was lodged on April 1 by the victim at District police office of Khandbari. He was arrested on the same day by the police and charged under rape. The district court had remanded the accused at Child Reform Home, Biratnagar on April 21.
