Area Police Office had arrested Sah from Bardibas bazaar on July 2. He is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl on August 19, 2011. Inspector Ashok Sah said that the accused who was absconding after the incident was arrested after his whereabouts was found. A relative of the accused said that the accused was released after the victim changed her statement following a settlement.
