Chitwan/ July 7 An FIR has been lodged against Ganesh Malla Thakuri, 35, of Bharatpur Municipality-3 at District Police Office of Chitwan on July 6 on charge of raping a 37-year-old woman. The victim said that the accused raped her at her own house on July 4. Police arrested the accused on the same day after the complaint against him was lodged at DPO. The legal proceeding against him has been initiated, DPO spokesperson DSP Shanti Raj Koirala said. The victim is having medical checkup at Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital.
