Police arrested 52-year-old Ran Bahadur Gole with three loaded guns from Sagarnath in Ishworpur Municipality-4 of Sarlahi district while raiding the forest area of the Sagarnath Forest Development Project.
According to police, a patrol team reached the forest while the hunters were cutting the skin of a blue bull (the largest antelope found in Nepal) after killing it. Following that, a group of four or five hunters fired three or four rounds at them, and in return, they had to fire two rounds into the air.
Police recovered a bag of ammunition, a motorcycle ( plate number Pradesh-2-032P2522), and an Indian motorcycle ( plate number BR 30U 4677), and a box of bullets used in that gun. They are searching for the other absconding accused.
