Cadres of JSP burn effigy of Thakur and Oli in Siraha

Leaders and cadres of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal have burnt the effigies of their party president Mahanta Thakur and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at Sakhuwanankarkatti in Siraha on May 26.

The JSP is divided into two factions and has been protesting against each other. JSP Nepal Chairman Thakur has sided with Prime Minister Oli while another Chairman Upendra Yadav has formed an alliance with the Nepali Congress and the Maoist Center.
