Pyuthan/July 12 An FIR has been filed against Madhav KC, 19, of Nayagaon VDC-4 at District Police Office on July 12 on charge of rape of a 13-year-old girl. Inspector Bhupal Singh Rana said that the girl was raped in a bush when she had gone to graze the cattle on July 11. The girl’s mother filed the complaint on the same day after being told about the incident by the girl. Police arrested the accused on the same day and is being held in custody at the DPO. Inspector Rana said that the girl was taken to District Hospital Bijuwar for medical check-up.
