Nepal Students Union (NSU)- Rautahat staged a protest at Loktantrik Chowk in Chandranigahapur on June 11 demanding the immediate resignation of Deputy Prime Minister Rajendra Mahato for his previous treasonous statement.

The protesters further demanded the repeal of the Chure Excavation Policy introduced by the Government of Nepal through the budget. They chanted slogans with the demands to reduce inflation, restore parliament, arrange vaccination for Covid-19, citizenship ordinance.
