Discrimination against Dalit in Kathmandu; Landlord refuses to rent flat after discovering Dalit girl's caste

Rupa Sunar, a 24-year-old Dalit girl has faced caste-based discrimination from a landlord in Babarmahal of Kathmandu. After learning that she belongs to the Dalit community, the landlord refused to rent her flat although she was very friendly to her before knowing her caste. She has now decided to file a complaint against the landlord on June 17 by collecting more evidence.
