50-year-old Sanjay Kumar Karwa of Katahari Rural Municipality-2 accused District Police Office, Morang, of not registering a complaint against the accused of assault. He went to lodge a complaint on June 17 after being beaten by 65-year-old Uchitlal Sah and his son 35-year-old Ajay Sah, of Katahari Rural Municipality-3 on June 12 however, he said that the police did not register the complaint.
According to the victim, the accused had beaten him over an old dispute. Karwa has sustained head injuries due to the beating. The victim was treated at Golden Hospital on the same day. DSP Man Bahadur Rai of the District Police Office Morang said that no complaint has been received from the victims.
