Leaders and cadres of all four constituencies participated in the sit-in, said Rajesh Rauniyar, the former Joint General Minister of the Nepal Students Union. He said that there was rigging in the distribution of active membership in Bara. Former MPs Ram Ayodhya Yadav, Lal Babu Singh, and two dozen other leaders and activists participated in the protest.
