CPN-UML's youth groups stage torch rally and burnt effigy of chief justice in Kailali

CPN-UML-affiliated Youth Association Nepal and ANNFSU-Kailali staged a torch rally in Dhangadhi against the Supreme Court's decision to restore the dissolution of the House of Representatives. In the protest, they chanted slogans against Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra and even burnt his effigy in front of the Chief Minister's Office in Dhangadhi.
The Supreme Court, on July 12, annulled the dissolution of the House of Representatives and ordered the appointment of Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is also the President of the Nepali Congress, as the Prime Minister.
