The victim Srinarayan Singh of Yemunamai Rural Municipality-4 made allegations that since the appointment of Sher Bahadur Debua as PM on July 14, he has been threatened by the relatives and cadres of Nepali Congress leader, former minister and suspended MP Mohammad Aftab Alam, who is in jail on the charge of burning dozens of people alive in a brick kiln. The victim Singh had lodged a complaint against Alam accusing him of killing 23 people, including his 24-year-old son Trilok Pratap Singh.
