Three members of the Dalit community of Bhagatpur in Bhimdatta Municipality-4, Mathura Damai and Tulasi Damai along with Sidhu Damai, lodged a complaint of caste discrimination against four persons including locals Prakash Bhatt and Radhika Bista at the District Police Office on July 27. They demanded to take action against the four under the Caste Discrimination and Untouchability (Fault and Punishment) Act 2068 BS. (2011 A.D.) In the complaint, they mentioned that the four of them used racial slurs and humiliated them publicly.
