Khotang, Gharelu hinsa garne pati ra sasura birudhha ujuri. Debaki Khatri, 26, of Durchimm VDC-9,Khotang has filed a case against husband Narayan Khatri, 28, and father-in-law Tanka Bahadur Khatri,61,at the District Police Station, Diktel on July 23. The victim said that she was given physical and mental torture. Also her 10yrs old son has been made deprived of food and clothes. She said that she was beaten on July 13 but only registered case when it was extreme torture.
