Police arrested Bimal Prakash Singh on the charge of beating his 35-year-old neighbour Indra Bahadur Singh of Kuse Rural Municipality-8 in Jajarkot to death in a dispute over a financial transaction.

There was a dispute between them over the amount of the community organization. Officials of the Pandherikhola community organization had gathered on July 30. Bimal is the chairman of the organization while the deceased Indra is the secretary. During lunch, they had a dispute over the amount of the organization. According to police, Bimal Prakash Singh got angry and hit Indra Bahadur Singh on the head with a wooden plank.
