When a dispute arose over the issue of bringing water from Ward No. 8 Syada to Dharapori No. 7, a mother's group came to protest at the District Administration office with a memorandum against the illegal attempt to fetch water from their community forest area. During this, the agitated woman alleges the police of assaulting them on July 19.
