Keshe Sarki, a resident of Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipality-6 Sudada in Bajura has filed a complaint of caste discrimination against Badimalika Municipality-4 Tipada based businessman Hansha Bahadur Bista on August 5.

Accusing Bista of discriminating against him on the basis of his caste at a public place on August 4, Sarki filed the complaint at District Police Office Bajura, inspector Dhandev Saud informed to Insec representative over the phone.

According to the victim, Bista publicly shamed him by hurling demeaning slurs and beat him.
