Police arrested three persons from Rupandehi and one from Tanahun on the charge of involvement in the murder of 25-year-old Taufiq Ahmed Pathan, an Indian national and truck driver of a vehicle bearing Indian plate number plate UP 53 AT 0141 in Rupandehi. .
